Those Students at the Insured School that have opted for the cover and for whom the premium has been received by the approved organisers.

OPERATIVE TIME

This means your child is covered 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year.

AGE LIMITS

2½ to 22 years.

CONDITION PRECEDENT

That the Insured Person is in good health and free from any physical defect or infirmity. If theInsured person has sustained any serious illness or accident in the last five years this should bedisclosed to underwriters.

MAIN EXCLUSIONS

Whilst engaged or taking part in Military, Air Force or Naval Service or Operations (otherthan reserve or volunteer Training).

2 Directly or indirectly caused or contributed by intentional self-injury, disease or naturalcause, suicide, provoked assault or fighting (except in bona fide self defence), or fromthe Insured Person's own criminal act, or whilst engaged or takingpart in civil commotions or riots of any kind
3 Occasioned by or occuring while he/she is in a state of insanity (temporary orotherwise)..
4 Whilst engaged or taking part in aeronautics, other than a fare paying passenger
5 Whilst riding or driving in any kind of race other than authorised school events.
6 Whilst riding or driving in any kind of race other than authorised school events.Whilst engaged or taking part in mountaineering or rock climbing (normally involvingropes and/or guides and/or special equipment) outside the Republic of Ireland.
7 Consequent on invasion or civil war except whilst travelling outside Ireland..
8 Occasioned during the course of employment of any kind other than an authorisedschool work experience programme (24 hour cover only).
9 Any act of Terrorism
10 Consequent on War in Ireland, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Iraq, North Korea, Liberiaor Somalia.
